Tribal Laws & Codes
Bloodline Member Code
Membership is restricted to direct biological descendants of Brown or special circumstances.
Enrollment must be verified through documents, oral history, or other accepted means.
Dual enrollment in outside tribal nations does not affect bloodline status, but may impact participation in governance or services (subject to Council review).
False claims of lineage are subject to removal from the tribe and loss of tribal privileges.
Purpose: Defines who qualifies as a tribal member based on bloodline descent.
Council Goverance Code
Council is composed of elected or appointed representatives from family branches.
Decisions are made by consensus or majority vote (as defined in the bylaws).
Terms of service, voting rights, meeting frequency, and elder advisory roles are clearly outlined.
Council may establish temporary committees for enrollment, culture, land, or dispute resolution.
Purpose: Establishes the structure and authority of the Tribal Council.
Cultural Protection Code
No sacred knowledge, songs, or ceremonies may be recorded or shared publicly without Council and Elder approval.
All cultural representations must credit the Brown Tribal Nation.
Use of traditional names, symbols, or regalia for business or social media requires approval.
Violations are subject to tribal sanctions, including public notice or suspension from ceremonial privileges.
Purpose: Protects sacred traditions, ceremonies, language, and family stories from exploitation or misrepresentation.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Dispute Resolution Code
Disputes are first mediated by an elder or council-designated mediator.
If unresolved, a three-member Tribal Resolution Panel is convened.
All parties agree to binding resolution in accordance with family values and respect.
No outside courts shall be used unless explicitly allowed by the Council.
Purpose: Provides a traditional, peaceful method for resolving internal family disputes.
Land Stewardship Code
Family land must be preserved for future generations and cannot be sold to outsiders.
All development or use must be approved by the Council and Land Stewardship Committee.
Sacred sites are protected from desecration; visitation rules must be respected.
Heirship or use rights are determined by bloodline, age, and family consensus.
Purpose: Regulates the use, care, and inheritance of any shared tribal lands or sacred sites.
Elder Honor & Protection Code
Elders are entitled to priority seating, speaking, and access at all tribal functions.
Disrespect or neglect of elders may result in temporary suspension of event privileges.
The Council must consult an elder quorum before any major constitutional changes.
Elders may grant oral recognition of bloodline or settlement of tribal matters.
Purpose: Ensures the safety, dignity, and leadership role of all recognized elders.

Digital and Public Representation Code
No individual may speak on behalf of the Tribal Family Government without written permission.
Unauthorized use of tribal seal, flag, or cultural symbols is prohibited.
A digital archive of approved family history and media is maintained by the Council.
Purpose: Controls how the family name, symbols, and identity are used online or in public.
Youth & Education Code
All youth must be taught family history, values, and language to the extent possible.
Youth accused of wrongdoing shall be counseled before any formal discipline.
Scholarships or aid may be provided for higher education based on need and merit.
Ceremonial rites of passage must be preserved and passed on.
Purpose: Protects the rights of children and supports their cultural and academic education.
Enforcement & Amendments
All tribal codes are enforced by the TRIBAL Council, with support from elders and appointed committees. Amendments must be proposed in writing and approved by a vote of the Council and affirmation from the Elders Circle.
